What's on the table

Every blend we mix, every bun we bake.

Twenty tea blends, mixed by hand in small batches — with sorrel, mint, ginger and turmeric that Radia grows herself. The spice bun, bulla, biscotti and sourdough are baked in small batches too, then wrapped for the market table.

Everything is sold at the booth or preordered for market pickup — there's no storefront.

Brewing guide

How to brew

Place 1½ teaspoons of blend in a tea bag or small infuser — more for extra strength. Set it in a cup of very hot water, cover, and let it steep for 5 minutes. Sweeten with your choice of sweetener, and enjoy the wellness from our Creator.

The Jamaican Chai Blend and Rooibos Fog take 2 teaspoons and love a splash of milk; the Turmeric Coco blend gets 2 tablespoons, blended frothy. Each card has the details.

1½ tsp = one cup
